A Balada Segura é uma operação integrada de fiscalização e educação para o trânsito. Seu objetivo é reduzir acidentes, salvar vidas e conscientizar motoristas sobre os riscos de dirigir após o consumo de álcool.
O bafômetro é um equipamento utilizado para medir a quantidade de álcool presente no ar expirado pelos pulmões, indicando se o condutor está sob influência de bebida alcoólica.
O teste é rápido, seguro e não invasivo, sendo uma das principais ferramentas de fiscalização no trânsito.
Não existe uma “dose segura”. O efeito do álcool varia de pessoa para pessoa e depende de fatores como peso, alimentação e metabolismo.
Você pode recusar, mas a recusa tem as mesmas consequências de dirigir alcoolizado: multa, suspensão da CNH e retenção do veículo.
No Brasil, qualquer quantidade de álcool no organismo pode gerar punição. A Balada Segura adota a política de tolerância zero para quem dirige após beber.
Até 0,04 mg/L:
sem penalidade.
De 0,05 mg/L a 0,33 mg/L:
infração gravíssima.
A partir de 0,34 mg/L:
crime de trânsito.
